- Every figure carries a confidence level; only confirmed or reported numbers are published as fact.
- Every story keeps at least one source.
- Development stages are never shown further along than the source supports.
- Market stats always show the period they cover.
- Sponsored content is always labelled.
- Takedown requests are recorded and honoured, never quietly ignored.
- Deals are published by our team after checking, or directly by the broker or agent who did the deal, from a confirmed brokerage email, credited to them.
